We want you to love your Batava experience. Because our products are hair and skin care items, please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Final sale on opened or used products

For health and hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has been opened or used. All sales of opened or used items are final. We appreciate your understanding — this helps us keep every product safe and sanitary for all of our customers.

Damaged, wrong, or missing orders

If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. We'll happily replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged — your product arrived broken or leaking
  • Incorrect — you received the wrong item
  • Missing — part of your order didn't arrive

Just contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out quickly.

A quick note on shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in about 2–3 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window, reach out and we'll help track it down.
