Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. In total, please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks from order to delivery.
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays during busy periods.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, or you have any questions, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
